Thank you for visiting our online ordering form for the AFC Annual Convention.  The following equipment will be provided by AFC in every meeting room:

  • Screen
  • Power Extension Cord
  • Power Strip
  • Table For Your Computer and Your Projector
  • Internet, (either wired or wireless for the presenter only)


ALL other equipment must be brought (by you or presenter) or rented.  Doug Ryan Consulting has provided this resource as an economical method for renting equipment for your event.  Please use the online order form linked below, a invoice will be forwarded to you via email following the processing of your order.
